Orthopedic Surgery

Cardiologist Services
Like humans, dogs and cats can suffer from a variety of problems related to their hearts.
Cardiology includes a medical diagnosis and treatment of canine and feline congestive heart failure, hypertension, dilated and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and valvular disorders.
Veterinary Cardiologist uses multimodal testing to diagnose and manage diseases of the canine and feline cardiovascular system, which includes the pet’s heart and blood vessels.
During your visit, you can expect the cardiologist to perform a complete physical examination and diagnostic tests such as:
- Radiographs (X-Ray)
- Echocardiogram (Cardiac Ultrasound)
- Electrocardiogram (EKG)
- Blood Pressure
- 24-hour ambulatory ECG Monitoring (Holter Monitor)
